70’s style revisited us a while back and is going strong, from graphic tees to the return of platforms. It’s return has had me jonesing for a pair of bell-bottom pants in a groovy print. If you’re tall like me, you may have had trouble finding a pair long enough to accommodate said platforms. I found a pair I was in love with, beautiful print, but I always had to wear flats and STILL felt like I was preparing for a flood.
Well look no more. About a month ago I took my chances on a pair from Amazon for $10.99 – low risk. Reviews were stellar, but still, you never know. I am happy to report, they lived up to their reputation! These are probably the most comfortable pants I own. Long enough for heel or platform, have a thick stretchy waistband (so no digging in in the wrong places), and the material is so soft! At $10.99 they are a steal! They come in 28 different prints too! Can’t wait to get another pair! And keep in mind, they are great with a simple t-shirt, cozy sweater, or even a sweatshirt too. You could even wear them to yoga! No need to go full-bore gypsy like I did in this shoot 😉 A word about sizing: I would go a size smaller than you normally wear. I’m usually a medium, ordered a small and they’re perfect – very stretchy material.
